Item Description

The Food Bank of West Central Texas solicits products for distribution to qualified 501(C)(3) charitable organizations that feed the needy, the ill, or infants. In accordance with IRS regulations we maintain records of all food donations.

Your donated items and products will not be sold, bartered for money, other products or service.

Your donated item will be used only in a manner related to the exempt purpose of the recipient organization.

Your donated item will be used as soon as possible to provide greater palatability and freshness.

Your donated item will be used to serve qualified 501(C)(3) charitable organizations that feed the needy, the ill, or infants in our community.

Donor warrants that this food product is wholesome in accordance with the Texas “Good Faith Donor Act” 4476-5c. 67 Leg., p. 1003, 5110/1081.
