If you have a Change of Information in your agency, please remember to use the Member Agency Change of Information form located in your Member Agency Manual.
Pharmacy Discount Cards are available in the main office and in the warehouse shopping area.
Please remember if you get any refrigerated or frozen food from the Food Bank, you will need to bring either a freezer (thermal) blanket or an ice chest with you to transport frozen items back to your agency. We can provide ice for an ice chest.
We have been experiencing some technical difficulty with our Donate tab for PayPal donations, but everything should be working properly now.
Please submit Monthly Agency Reports on or before the 10th of each month.
We update and post our Shopping List on Tuesday each week. On occasion we will update the Shopping List if we get new items. Please check our website often.
